“Top of the World” takes on a new meaning with New Bentonville, California.

We’re proud to announce that we will be forming a brand new city within Orange County: New Bentonville, California. Using the homes and materials relocated from Top of The World, we will be constructing an exact replica of Bentonville, Arkansas - the “mountain bike capital of the world” - right here in Southern California.
This extensive development, set to span over 21,000 acres of land just past Coto de Caza, aims to replicate Bentonville’s world-class mountain biking trails, community spaces, and sustainable infrastructure. The project is designed to draw biking enthusiasts, tourists, and new residents to the region, while providing significant economic and environmental benefits.
Residents and interested parties are invited to attend a series of community engagement meetings starting June 6th, where they can learn more about the project, provide input, and get involved in shaping the next great Southern California community.
